Ingredients:

1 Cup Almond BLANCHED
1/2 Cup Sugar BROWN, 2 LB
1/2 Cup Butter MELTED
1 Tablespoon Flour SIFTED
2 Tablespoons Milk DRY NON-FAT L HEAT

Directions:

1. Lock bowl in position.

2. Insert steel blade. Process nuts, a half cup at a time, until finely ground.

3. Combine with remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and stir and blend over moderate heat until butter is melted.

4. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased and floured baking sheet.

5. Bake in a preheated 350F oven 6 to 8 minutes.

6. Remove carefully with a spatula to a rack to cool.

I was skeptical because this seemed too easy. I used smart balance because I was out of butter and they still turned out fantastic! Thanks, this is a keeper!
