This special Caesar recipe is loaded with flavor while still remaining as a healthy dinner option. Make the dressing ahead of time to keep on hand in your kitchen or make it fresh for that special meal.

Ingredients:

3 Cloves Of Garlic
4 Anchovy fillets
1 Egg yolks
1 Lemon
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
3 Romaine Lettuce of Hearts
tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Olive Oil

Directions:

1. Chop garlic cloves and anchovy fillets.

2. Combine with olive oil, egg yolk, and mustard in bowl. Add lemon juice. Whisk.

3. Then, toss with washed, chopped Romaine.

4. Toss in cheese(s).

5. Salt and pepper to taste.
