2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
3 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Lemon peel, grated
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Green Onion Chopped white part only
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley thinly chopped
2 Tablespoons Fresh Thyme Leaves Chopped OR
2 Teaspoons Dried Thyme Leaves plus
1 Shallot finely chopped

Directions:

1. Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice and mustard in bowl til smooth.

2. Whisk in olive and vegetable oils in slow, steady stream til sauce is blended.

3. Stir in green onion, parsley, thyme and shallot.
