Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Margarine
2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 teaspoon Pepper freshly ground
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Fillets Of Catfish 6-ounces

Directions:

1. Melt margarine in a saucepan.

2. Stir in lime juice, pepper and garlic powder; mix well.

3. Remove from the heat and set aside.

4. Place fillets in a shallow baking dish. Brush each generously with lime sauce.

5. Broil for 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

6. Transfer to a warm serving dish; spoon pan juices over each fillet.
