This is an excellent recipe for all cheese lovers. The tangy and sour flavor makes it a great accompaniment with all kinds of breads and biscuits.

Ingredients:

6 oz Cream Cheese softened and minced
1/4 cup Butter softened
1 Shallot minced
1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Caraway Seed
1 teaspoon Capers drained

Directions:

1. In a bowl, cream together the cream cheese, and butter.

2. Add paprika, capers, anchovies, shallot, caraway seeds, and salt and pepper to taste.

3. Combine mixture well. Pack into a crock and chill, covered for 1 day to meld flavors.
