Lobster Souffle

Flavorful delight that will leave your taste buds begging for more.

Ingredients:

1 lb Lobster cook
2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
6 White Bread slices cubed
6 Eggs
1/2 cup Butter melted
1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Milk

Directions:

1. Grease a 10" square casserole or souffle dish.

2. Arrange the seafood, cheese and bread into layers in the prepared dish. Pour the melted butter over the mixture.

3. In a medium bowl beat the eggs.

4. Add the mustard, salt and milk, mixing well. Pour the casserole and let sit for 3 hours or overnight.

5. Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour.
