Directions:
1. Mix marinade in a small bowl or mug.2. Put London Broil (sometimes called a Top Round - about 1/2 to 1 inch think) in a deep pan (like a brownie pan or cake pan).3. Pour Marinade over the meat and cover with plastic wrap.4. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Flip the meat over and refrigerate for another 2 hours.5. Grill over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side to sear in the juices.6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on each side for a medium-rare finish.
