1 Egg lightly beaten
2 Tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 Teaspoon Salt to taste
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs seasoned
2 Cups Milk
1 Onion grated
1 Can Salmon
6 Potatoes sliced or cubed

1. Layer potatoes and salmon in casserole.

Mix onion, salt, butter, milk, and egg together.

Pour over potatoes.

Sprinkle on bread crumbs.

Bake at 375 F for 1 hour.
