Low-Cal Spanish Baked Fish

1 Onion sliced
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Centiliter Garlic minced
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tomato sliced
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1 1/2 Pounds White Fish
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper fresh ground
1 Green Bell Pepper green in rings
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil olive
2 Lemons *

1. *Cut the 2 lemons into wedges.

2. Cut the fish into serving sized pieces. Place in oven-proof baking dish.

3. Sprinkle with salt, paprika and pepper. Top with green pepper rings, tomato slices, and onion slices.

4. Mix lemon juice, oil and garlic. Pour over the fish fillets.

5. Cover and bake 15 minutes at 375 F Uncover and bake about 10-13 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily.
