4 Cloves Of Garlic minced
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 1/2 Cups Red Onions finely chopped
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice fresh
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
4 Green Onions chopped
1 Tomato finely chopped
