Directions:
1. Grate potatoes and apple in food processor, working quickly to avoid
discoloration.2. Squeeze out liquid.
Add egg and flour and salt & pepper to taste.3. Mix well. In a large non stick
skillet Heat enough oil to cover bottom of pan.4. Spoon out batter into pan
and cook, until crisp and brown on on side, then turn and fry on other
side. Drain on paper towels.
