2 Cups Flour (2tbsp)
1/2 Cup Sugar pulverized
2 Eggs cracked

Directions:

1. Sift flour, baking powder and cream of tartar into a bowl.

2. Add the sugar and carefully mix in the beaten egg.

3. Add milk slowly, mixing constantly until a stiff batter is formed.

4. Drop spoonfuls into hot, deep fat and fry until brown.
