Ingredients:

2 Cups Plain Yogurt
8 Cherry Tomatoes ripe
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin Seed or less to taste
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
4 teaspoons Garlic minced
1/4 Teaspoon Cilantro ground
2 Pounds Pork Tenderloins cut into 1-
8 White Onions halved
1 Sweet Red Pepper 1-1/2"
1 Green Bell Pepper 1-1/2"

Directions:

1. In a medium glass bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and coriander; mix well.

2. Add pork; cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

3. Alternate pork, onions, tomatoes and peppers on eight skewers.

4. Grill over medium coals for about 30-35 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness.
