Easy pork dish that is very tender and tasty.


1 1/2 lb Pork Sirloin
1 cup White Wine
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Green Onion (optional)
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder (or 1 tsp minced garlic)
1/4 cup Olive Oil

1. Marinate all ingredients for 4 hours and refrigerate.

2. Preheat over 350. Pour entire contents of pork and marinade into roasting pan/baking dish.

3. Cook for 30-45 minutes depending on thickness of cut.

What do you do if you want to serve marinated pork sirloin roast (not cut into slices) just as a whole? What are the marinating ingredients and quantity measurements for a 4lb. roast? Is this marinating suggestion also good to make a 4 lb. pork sirloin roast mouth watering or could you please provide a recipe. You indicate a picture of an entire roast as well as the steaks. May we see a recipe for the roast as a whole? algebra-4
