Ingredients:

1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
5 Cups Crushed Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder up to 1 Tbs
1 Pound Ground Pork (fatty)
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil extra
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cloves (optional)
1 Pound Ground Beef or ground turkey
1/2 Teaspoon Salt cayenne pepper
2 Cups Chicken Stock homemade
1/4 Cup Tomato Paste 8 oz.
3 Bay Leaves crumbled
1/2 Green Bell Pepper chopped
1 Onion chopped
3 Cloves Of Garlic minced
2 Teaspoons Leaves Basil ground

Directions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add beef, pork, onion, green pepper, and garlic and saute until browned, about 10 minutes.

3. With a slotted spoon to drain off the fat, place the sauteed ingredients in a 4-quart saucepan.

4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Slowly bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
