Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Honey or barley malt
2 Cups Ice (up to 8 ice cubes)
8 Strawberries sliced (4oz)
2 Carrots chopped
1 Mango peeled
2 Bananas peeled and chopped
1 Cup Yogurt optional

Directions:

1. In a blender combine half of each ingredient, including: mango, bananas, strawberries, carrots, ice cubes, honey and yogurt and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Repeat process for remaining ingredients.
