Memphis-Style Dry Barbeque Seasoning

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon Pepper (optional)
1 Tablespoon Ground Red Pepper
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder 2 to 3 dashes
2 Tablespoons Paprika sweet
1 Tablespoon White Pepper divided
1 Tablespoon Cumin Seed note 3
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder (optional)

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Pour into a salt shaker. Sprinkle lightly on ribs or chops during grilling for "dry" barbecue flavor.

3. Once ribs are ready, shake seasoning over meat to taste and serve.

4. Use this method along with barbecue sauce for an extra spicy effect.
