Ingredients:

2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes or 6 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1 Cup Salsa preferably freshly homemade
1 1/2 Cups Water or milk
2 Cups Instant Rice uncooked

Directions:

1. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring water, salsa and bouillon to a boil.

2. Stir in rice; remove from the heat. Cover and let stand 6 to 8 minutes or until liquid is adsorbed.
