Great tasting marinated chicken.

Ingredients:

5 lbs Chicken Thighs
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup White Miso
3/4 cup Soy Sauce
3/4 cup Beer

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken over night.

2. Bake chicken in marinade at 350 for 30min (boneless) or 40min (bone-in).
