Light and easy dish, can be eaten alone or as a side dish. Makes alot and good in fibre.


1/2 dash Rotini Pasta or favorite pasta
2 cans Tuna of flaked.
1 can Beans or mixed *drained and rinsed*.
Italian Salad Dressing (oil and vinegar, sun tomato, etc. works well.)
Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Lemon Juice to taste.
1 Olive Oil (optional)

1. Boil rotini according to package. Drain and rinse.

2. Add tuna, lightly drain one can, leave juice in for the other can.

3. Add mixed beans.

4. Add salad dressing.

5. Add seasonings and mix well.
