This is one of the best desserts that I have ever had in my life. It is a warm chocolate cake with a rich center that warms the taste buds.


5 1/2 oz Bittersweet Chocolate
5 oz Butter
3/4 cup Sugar
2 1/2 oz Flour
4 Eggs

1. Butter and sugar the insides of six small ramekins, or use six small pastry rings lined with buttered/sugared parchment paper.

2. Place on baking tray.

3. Melt chocolate and butter together.

4. Beat eggs and sugar together. Add chocolate/butter mixture and continue to beat five minutes.

5. Add flour and beat another two minutes.

6. Pour mixture into ramekins or pastry rings.

7. Bake in a 325 degree oven approximately 8-10 minutes.

8. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
