Monkey Gland Steak

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Vinegar Apple Cider
1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce to taste
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar or honey (opt.)
1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce (or more)
1 Cup Ketchup Heinz is best
1/2 Cup Water or milk
2 Cloves Of Garlic finely chopped
1 Onion diced
2 Tomatoes diced (canned tomatoes work just as well)
3/4 Cup Chutney (up to 1)

Directions:

1. In a heavy skillet, heat oil.

2. Saute onions and garlic until soft. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and simmer for a few minutes.

3. Fry the steaks separately. When done frying spoon the sauce over the steaks.
