Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 325 F.2. Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add sifted dry ingredients.3. Chill until easy to handle. Roll out to 1/4" thickness on lightly-floured board or wax paper.4. Cut into desired shapes (I have a bird cutter and Christmas tree).5. Bake on ungreased sheet at 325 F for 10 to 15 minutes.6. Cookies may be sprinkled with colored sugars before baking, if desired.
