1/2 Pound Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
4 Tomatoes - diced
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil olive
1/4 Teaspoon Bell Pepper bell
1/2 Cup Basil fresh chopped
1/4 Cup Vinegar red wine or balsam Salt

1. Slice cheese as thin as possible.

2. Slice tomatoes. On large platter, arrange alternate slices of cheese and tomatoes.

3. Sprinkle with basil. DRESSING: Combine vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil and drizzle over tomatoes and cheese.

4. Let marinate at room temperature for up to 1 hour before serving.
