Ingredients:

10 Tablespoons Chili Powder (optional)
2 1/2 Quarts Water or more
2 1/2 Garlic to taste
5 Onions chopped
5 Pounds Ground Beef lean
40 Ounces Puree Tomatoes can
15 Ounces Tomato Paste can
30 Ounces Kidney Beans rinsed &

Directions:

1. SAUTE THE ONION in a non-stick pan, or in a little butter until tender.

2. If you want the chili hot, saute with the chili powder.

3. When the onions are limp, add the beef, and brown, breaking up with a spoon.

4. (Drain if you like). Add puree, paste, chili powder if you didn't brown it, beans, and 16 oz.
