1/4 Cup Ketchup or barbeque sauce (optional)
1/4 Cup White Vinegar distilled
1/4 Cup Water hot, as needed
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar divided
1 Tablespoon Paprika or chopped parsley
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard optional
1/2 Teaspoon Salt ; (optional)
1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder (up to 8)
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
