1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Raisin dark, seedless (optional)
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
3 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt coarse
1 Egg whipped
1 Cup Walnut chopped
1 1/2 Cups Milk

Directions:

1. Mix dry ingredients and add milk and beaten egg then nuts and raisins.

2. Put in greased and floured loaf pan and let set 20 minutes.
