Old Bay Onion Pie

Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons Butter (1 1/2 Lbs.)
6 Onions peeled &
1 Teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon Salt ; (optional)
1 1/2 Cups Milk To 7/8 C, (7/8-1 C)
5 Eggs beaten
1 Pie Crust 9"
2 Tablespoons Parsley fresh, chopped
12 Slices Bacon crumbled

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F In a medium saucepan, melt butter and saute onions, Old Bay seasoning and salt over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Drain. Add milk and stir in eggs. Pour mixture in pie shell; top with parsley and bacon.
