1. Preheat Oven to 450 degrees F Peel sweet potatoes, and cut into one inch cubes.2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and onion soup mix.3. Put all potatoes in a casserole dish and cover with the onion soup mix and oil mixture.4. Bake at 450 degrees for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
