Onion and Pepper Beef Steak Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1 Onion cut into 1/4 inch wedges
1 Jalapeno Pepper medium cut crosswise into rings.
1 Garlic small clove
8 oz Steak tips cut 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick
2 Kaiser Rolls
1/4 cup Tomato chopped

Directions:

1. Heat oil in large non stick skillet over medium heat.

2. Add onion, jalapeno pepper and garlic; stir fry 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.

3. remove from skillet; reserve. Add beef steaks to skillet; cook over medium-high heat 1-2 minutes, turning once.

4. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Place equal amounts of beef on bottom half of each kaiser roll.

5. Top with equal amounts of reserved onion mixture and chopper tomato.
