2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
1/3 cup Biscuit Mix packaged
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 cup Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
2 Onions Large, Chopped

1. Preheat oven to 350 F Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; set aside 2.

2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter or margarine.

3. Add the onions and cook, covered over medium-low heat 10-15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

4. Remove from heat. 3. stir the 2 cups cheddar cheese, the biscuit mix, and pepper into the onion mixture.

5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish.

6. Sprinkle with the 1/2 cup cheddar, if desired.

7. Bake uncovered in the 350 oven for 30 minutes.

This recipe is suppose to use 2 onions.

Does anyone else notice that the ingredients list does not include onions? How many are we supposed to use?
