Open-Faced Crab Sandwich

Ingredients:

16 oz Cream Cheese 2 pks
1/2 cup Ginger ale
2 teaspoons Onions grated
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
13 oz Crabs 2 cans
6 English Muffins
24 oz Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
12 Tomatoes slices

Directions:

1. Soften the cream cheese with the ginger ale.

2. Mix in the onion, Worcestershire sauce and crab.

3. Split the muffins in half and place 2 heaping Tablespoons of the crab mixture on each half.

4. Top with a slice of tomato and cheddar cheese.

5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheddar is melted.
