Orange Honeyed Chicken

Ingredients:

3 Chicken Breasts split
2 tablespoons Margarine
1/2 cup Orange Juice
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Onions chopped
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Salt
1 cup Rice Cooked hot
2 tablespoons Dry White Wine or water
1 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Orange grated peel
2 Oranges peeled & sectioned
1 Orange sliced
1 teaspoon Parsley sliced

Directions:

1. In large skillet, brown chicken in butter on both sides.

2. Add orange juice, honey, onion, pepper and season with salt to taste.

3. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, or until chicken is tender.

4. Remove chicken from pan and arrange over rice on platter.

5. Keep warm. Stir wine into flour and blend well.

6. Add to pan drippings and cook, stirring, until thickened.

7. Add orange peel and sections and heat through.

8. Spoon over chicken. Garnish with orange slices and parsley.
