Oven-Baked Battered Scallops

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Buttermilk at room temperature
1 Clove Of Garlic chopped
1 Pound Sea Scallop quartered
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs whole wheat;

Directions:

1. Mince garlic to equal 1/2 teaspoon.

2. Preheat oven to 500 F Soak scallops in mixture of buttermilk and garlic.

3. Spray baking sheet with nonstick vegetable spray.

4. Drain scallops, roll in bread crumbs, place on baking sheet.

5. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until opaque throughout.
