This is an easy recipe which can be prepared by the ingredients available at our home. We can serve it as a snack.

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil 45 Ml
1/2 Cup Popcorn unpopped
1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup (Karo)
1/2 Cup Sugar Brown
1/2 Teaspoon Salt (non iodized)

Directions:

1. DIRECTIONS: Heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil in 4 quart kettle 3 minutes.

2. Add popcorn. Cover loosely. Shake frequently over medium heat until popping stops.

3. Mix corn syrup, sugar and salt. Tint with red or green food coloring.

4. Flavor with green with wintergreen and red with peppermint.

5. Add to corn, and stir over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until corn is completely coated.

6. Butter hands and shape mixture in balls about 1 1/2" diameter.

wow people cant even have strwberry popcorn any where it is the best popcorn EVER
