Ingredients:

Cup Peanut Butter chunky or smo
2 Tablespoons Butter melted
3/4 Cup Sugar Brown
2 Eggs large,just whites
1 1/2 Teaspoons Extract Of Vanilla (up to 2)
1 1/2 Cups Flour all purpose
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder heaping
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda level - dissol ved in milk
1/2 Cup Milk warm
6 Ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips (about 1 Cup)

Directions:

1. Preparation Time: 0:40 Preheat oven to 350F In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and melted butter; stir until well blended.

2. Mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Combine flour with baking powder and baking soda.

3. Add to peanut butter mixture along with milk and chocolate chips.

4. Stir just until combined. Spoon batter into 12 paper-lined 2 1/2- to 3-inch muffin tins.

5. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until muffins spring back when lightly touched in center.
