1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese softened
1/2 Cup Confectionery Sugar
2 1/2 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Milk
1/2 Cup Peppermint Candy crushed
1 Cup Margarine or butter

1. Heat oven to 350.

2. In small bowl, mix all filling ingredients until well blended; set aside.

3. In large bowl, cream powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla.

4. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.

5. Add flour and mix well. If dough is too crumbly, add 1-4 tsp milk.

6. Shape into 1" balls; place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

7. With thumb, make indentation in center of each cookie; fill with 1/4 tsp filling.

8. Bake 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown.

9. Immediately remove cookies from cookie sheets; cool.
