2 Cups Pepperoni chopped
2 Cups Milk at room temperature
2 Eggs beaten (optional)
1/2 Pound Mozzarella Cheese cubed
1 1/2 Cups Flour unsifted

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients well and pour into greased 9x11" pan.

2. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.

3. Cut into 8 wedges and serve as an appetizer or first course.
