1/4 Teaspoon Dried Dill
1 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh
3 Ounces Cream Cheese softened
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon zest (peel)
1/8 Teaspoon Salt coarse

1. Combine cream cheese, at room temperature, lemon rind, juice, dill weed and salt and beat until fluffy.

2. Blend in sour cream. Chill thoroughly and serve.

3. This dip is good with radishes, cauliflower flowerettes, etc.
