Ingredients:

1 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Cream
1/2 Cup Walnut chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Pound Confectionery Sugar
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt coarse
3 Eggs beaten
1/4 Cup Margarine stick
1 1/2 Cups Persimmon pulp

Directions:

1. Combine salt, flour, baking powder and soda, and cinnamon. Set aside.

2. Beat eggs, add sugar gradually.

3. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Spread in a greased jelly roll pan 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 inch or 2 greased 9 x 9 inch pans.

4. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees.

5. Frost and sprinkle with nuts if desired. Cut into bars.
