4 Chicken Breasts Skinned
2 Cups Tomato Sauce (8 Oz.)
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil Original - 2 Tsp
2 Cups White Wine dry
2 Onions chunked
10 Ounces Stewed Tomatoes Canned
2 Green Bell Peppers chunked
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese to 1 cup
6 Dashes Hot Sauce (optional)

1. Debone chicken breasts if necessary.

2. Slice breast lengthwise into thirds. Heat the oil in large pan over medium heat.

3. Lightly brown the chicken. Add onion, pepper and garlic.

4. Saute for several minutes over medium heat. Add Tomato sauce, dry white wine, hot sauce and stewed tomatoes.

5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is tender.

6. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
