Ingredients:

1 Bay Leaf
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Salt coarse
1 Pound Fresh Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Clove Of Garlic minced
1 Tablespoon Chive or scallions

Directions:

1. Wash mushrooms and cut off stems.

2. Make a marinade out of the remaining ingredients.

3. Cover mushrooms with this and marinade for at least 4 hours (or overnite.) Stir them a few times as they marinate.
