Pineapple Boat Aloha

Ingredients:

2 Pineapples green tops intact
2 Cups Strawberries sliced
2 Cups Bananas sliced (up to 3)
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar divided
1 Teaspoon Mustard dry or prepared
1 Teaspoon Salt ; (optional)
1/3 Cup Lime Juice fresh
1 1/2 Tablespoons Rum or orange juice
1 Cup Vegetable Oil or margarine

Directions:

1. Cut Pineapples in half lengthwise.

2. Scoop out pulp, leaving shells 1/2 inch thick; set shells aside.

3. Cut pineapple pup into bite-size pieces, discarding core.

4. Add strawberries and bananas; toss gently. Spoon into pineapple shells; spoon dressing over fruit.

5. Dressing: Combine first 5 ingredients in container of electric blender; process on high speed 1 minute.
