1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Green Cabbage Head of Cabbage
2 Carrots

1. Combine everything and mix well. May add some finelly chopped diced fresh or canned pineapple.

2. Variations on dressing: replace pineapple juice with applejuice or cider, mango nectar, coconut milk, or orange juice.

3. This is a delicious no frills coleslaw I bet you will enjoy!
Note: total of shredded cabbage and carrots equal a pound so its just as easy to buy a supermarket cello pack of the preshredded coleslaw mix!
