For each serving:
Preheat grill to medium-high (325-350 degrees)
Place 1 tortilla on a plate and top with 2-3 Tablespoons of the sauce and whatever toppings you like. Top with cheese.
Slide pizza onto the grill and close lid for up to 5 minutes. Keep an eye on it, depending on the heat of your grill, you may need to pull it off earlier. Pizza is done when the cheese is melted and tortilla is crisp.
Slide pizza back onto the plate and enjoy!
Add assorted toppings as desired: peppers, pineapple, extra cheese.
