Playoff Guacamole

4 Avocados peeled and seeded
16 Ounces Cream Cheese softened
1 Onion finely chopped
1 Tomato finely chopped
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt (I used 1/8 cup garlic powder)
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro finely chopped
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice or to taste

1. Mash avocados with fork, leaving some chunks.

2. Add cream cheese and blend with blender or food processor.

3. Add onion, tomato, garlic salt and cilantro, and mix until well-blended.

4. Add lemon juice to taste as desired. Serve with tortilla chips or sourdough bread.

5. To store cover with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate.
