1) Flatten ground beef in to a rectangle about an inch thick. Place ham and cheese along center, stopping about an inch from top and bottom edges.
2)Roll or fold ground beef long ways sealing ham and cheese in side.
3) unfold puff pastry, lay on a lightly floured surface.
4) CAREFULLY transfer stuffed ground beef on to center of pastry.
5)Fold pastry around beef sealing it inside. Place seam side down on second unfolded pastry, fold or roll to enclose, and seal edges.
6) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center reads 160.
** I set this as medium difficulty but every one is different. This may be more difficult for some people. But its really good!
