2. Mix flour and salt together and coat pork cubes.
3. Heat oil in skillet and brown pork. Add garlic and cook one minute then add onions and bay leaves and cook until onions begin to brown.
4. Transfer to the slow cooker and add remaining ingredients.
5. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours.
6. (the longer cooking time taste better) Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
7. Serve with rice. Notes: I increase the water to 1 cup because my family likes a lot of sauce to put on their rice.
8. This can be cooked in a conventional manner also you just have to adjust the cooking time.
