Directions:
1. Cook onion with potatoes.2. Mash potatoes; scald milk. In saucepan, cook flour and butter, stirring until smooth.3. Add 1 cup milk, salt and celery salt. Blend well.4. Add remaining milk and potatoes and boil 1 minute.5. Thin to proper consistency with additional hot milk.
