Ingredients:

6 Tablespoons Flour all purpose
1/4 Cup Butter melted (up to 1)
24 Ounces Cottage Cheese small curd
6 Eggs unbeaten
2 Scallions chopped
10 Ounces Broccoli frozen chopped
8 Ounces American Cheese diced

Directions:

1. Quickly thaw frozen broccoli by placing in a colander are holding under hot running water.

2. Separate the pieces with fork; drain well. Combine broccoli with all remaining ingredients in a large bowl and beat until well blended.

3. Pour into greased crockpot. Cover and cook on High 1 hour, then on Low 2 to 3 hours.
